4. Refund Policy
We offer a 3-day refund window on eligible purchases. After three (3) calendar days from the date of purchase, no refunds will be issued.

Deposits are non-refundable. For larger-ticket products or services, we may collect a deposit to secure your spot, materials, or scheduling. These deposits represent a commitment and are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

All content, materials, videos, documents, and training resources provided on this website or through our programs—including live events, online classes, and downloadable resources—are the exclusive property of Dana Point Marketing LLC and are protected by U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to, all branding, business systems, scripts, presentations, checklists, and marketing materials. You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our materials without express written permission.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
By participating in any of our paid programs, courses, or events, you agree to the following:
You will not share, publish, reproduce, or disclose any proprietary or confidential content, training, business strategies, systems, or participant information you access through our programs.
You may not use the content or business strategies for training or competitive purposes unless you have received prior written authorization.
Each unauthorized disclosure of confidential or proprietary material will result in a liquidated damages penalty of $10,000 per instance, payable immediately upon demand.
This clause survives the termination of your participation or access.

6. Event Attendance and Participation

Recording and Media Use: Events may be photographed, recorded (audio and/or video), or live-streamed. By attending, you grant Dana Point Marketing LLC the unrestricted, royalty-free, and perpetual right to use your likeness, voice, image, and recorded statements in promotional or marketing materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, print materials, email campaigns, and advertising.
Anonymity in Marketing: To protect your identity, any quotes or testimonials used in marketing materials will reference your first name and the first initial of your last name only (e.g., “Sarah T.” or “James M.”), unless you give explicit written permission to use your full name.
Behavior Policy: We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event without refund if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe at our sole discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dana Point Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our website or services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, with venue exclusively in Nueces County, Texas.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to the following process:
Attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If unresolved, participate in three (3) separate mediation sessions using a mutually agreed-upon neutral third party.
If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Nueces County, Texas.
All costs of arbitration are to be paid by the plaintiff. Each party is responsible for its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
